O’Farrell and EGFA assist on new John Deere Credit Notes

Estudio O’Farrell has assisted John Deere Credit Compañía Financiera and EGFA Abogados the arrangers and underwriters, in the placement of the Class XIV Notes and the Class XV Notes.

The Class XIV Notes were denominated and payable in U.S. dollars at a fixed annual nominal rate of 5% and maturing in 2026 for a total amount of USD $28,658,217; while the Class XV Notes were denominated and payable in U.S. dollars in the Argentine Republic at a fixed annual nominal rate of 6.5% and maturing in 2028 for a total amount of USD $16,405,232.

The issuance of the Class XIV and Class XV Notes was made on October 21 under the Frequent Issuer Regime established in Section VIII, Chapter V, Title II of the CNV Rules.

In addition, the Class XIV and Class XV Notes have been authorized for listing on Bolsas y Mercados Buenos Aires (BYMA) through the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange (BCBA) and for trading on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico (MAE).

Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Balanz Capital Valores, Banco Santander Argentina, Banco BBVA Argentina, Puente Hermanos, Macro Securities, Banco Patagonia and Banco Comafi acted as arrangers and underwriters.
