PPU advises Minera Salar Blanco in mining acquisitions

Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría Chile has advised Minera Salar Blanco in the acquisition of a majority stake in the ownership of the company Sierra Atacama and in the purchase of all the shares of the company Bergbau Wagen.

This transaction was completed on November 26, where CMS Carey & Allende advised the Puchi family group.

PPU’s team was led by partners Juan Paulo Bambach (pictured left), Carlos Alberto Reyes (pictured centre) and Mario Silva (pictured right), with the support of associates Felipe Ossa and José Antonio Rodríguez.
