Pacheco Coto adds M&A partner in Costa Rica

Central American law firm Pacheco Coto announced that Arturo Apéstegui has joined as partner in the San José office.

Apéstegui focuses on M&A and corporate work, with an emphasis in real estate and banking deals. He was a long time partner of Lara, López, Matamoros, Rodríguez & Tinoco before leaving in 2014 to set up boutique law firm Vector Legal.

In welcoming him to Pacheco Coto, Senior Partner Hernán Pacheco stated that Apéstegui is a highly experienced lawyer with a prestigious trajectory whose professional capacity will enhance the firm´s teamwork and the excellence of its services.
