PAGBAM advises on Cencosud’s issuance of cuotas
Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen (PAGBAM) provided legal counsel to Cencosud in the issuance of the financial trust securities Cuotas Cencosud Serie XLII Classes A and B. The total issuance amounted to ARS 19,610,979,786.
Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen (PAGBAM) provided legal counsel to Cencosud, acting as Trustor; TMF Trust Company (Argentina), as trustee and issuer; Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires as organizer and co-placement agent; and SBS Trading and Banco Patagonia, as co-placement agents, in the issuance of the financial trust securities.
Cencosud a leading retail company operating shopping centers, supermarkets, and home improvement stores such as Disco, Jumbo, Easy, and Unicenter, structured this financial trust with assets consisting of physical and digital receivables generated from its credit card operations. The issuance was authorized by the Comisión Nacional de Valores on February 25, 2025, with the securities issued on February 28, 2025.
