PAGBAM appoints new partners and counsels

Perez Alati Grondona Benites & Arntsen has announced the appointment of María Carolina Abdelnabe Vila and Lucila Guerrero as new partners, and Alejo Muñoz de Toro and Matías Nahuel Fuse as new counsels of the firm.

M. Carolina Abdelnabe (pictured left) develops her practice in the areas of Antitrust, Consumer Protection, Personal Data Protection and High Technology, advising national and international clients. Carolina has been a member of PAGBAM since 2013, and counsel since 2019. She is the author of numerous publications on her area of practice, an undergraduate professor at Universidad del CEMA, teaches postgraduate classes at UCES, Austral and DiTella, and was a professor at ESEADE where she also coordinated the Annual Diploma in Consumer Law and Antitrust.

Lucila Guerrero (pictured centre, left) practices commercial law, specialising in aviation law and insurance law. Lucila joined the firm in 2006 as a trainee; after graduation in 2008, she joined PAGBAM as a lawyer, continuing her work in the Corporate Law department, and was appointed counsel in 2020. She is a member of the Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal and of the Instituto de Derecho del Seguro “Isaac Halperin”.

Alejo Muñoz de Toro (pictured centre, right) practices in the areas of Banking and Financial Institutions Law, Foreign Exchange Law, and Project and Infrastructure Finance. A graduate of Universidad Austral in 2014, Alejo joined PAGBAM in 2021 and advises local and international companies on matters relating to Central Bank and National Securities Commission regulations, debt issuances, and project and infrastructure finance.

Matías Fuse (pictured right) specialises in labour and social security law, providing comprehensive legal advice to both multinational and local companies. Matías graduated with honours from the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires in 2011, and completed specializations at the Universidad Católica Argentina, Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and Universidad de Castilla La Mancha, Spain.
