PAGBAM assists in the issuance of Cencosud Trust Securities
PAGBAM has represented Cencosud, TMF Trust, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, SBS Trading and Banco de Patagonia in the issuance of the “Cuotas Cencosud Series XX”
Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen has assisted Cencosud S.A., as trustee, TMF Trust Company (Argentina) S.A., as trustee and issuer, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U. as arranger and co-placement agent and SBS Trading and Banco Patagonia S.A. as co-placement agents in the issuance of trust securities denominated “Cuotas Cencosud Serie XX” Classes A, B and C, for a total amount of $1,367,398,027 Argentine pesos (US$ 12,328,152.81), under the trust securities programme “Más Cuotas II”.
The Comisión Nacional de Valores authorised the public offering of the Series XX trust securities on 23 and 28 March 2022, while the issuance of the trust securities took place on 31 March 2022.
Cencosud S.A. is a company dedicated to the operation of shopping centres, supermarkets and homecenters such as Disco, Jumbo, Easy and Unicenter, among others.
