Paul Hastings advises underwriters in Televisa’s $1.2bn bond offering

Paul Hastings was instructed by the underwriters – Goldman Sachs, HSBC Securities and Morgan Stanley – of Televisa’s $1.2 billion senior notes offering.

Televisa is the largest Spanish-language media company in the world and provides the majority of the programming for the US television network Univision.

Partners Mike Fitzgerald and Joy Gallup led the Paul Hastings team.

Paul Hastings also represented the underwriters of Televisa’s SEC-registered bond offerings in 2013 and 2014.
