Pérez-Llorca advises Pegasus-Kaab on Villazul
Pérez-Llorca’s Mexico office advised the joint venture formed by Grupo Pegasus and Kaab Capital Management on the acquisition of the legal entities that owned and operated Villazul, a senior living residence complex located in Mexico City. The complex was previously controlled by Emeis, a company listed on Euronext Paris.
The transaction represents Grupo Pegasus’ first direct acquisition and marks the launch of its senior living platform and entry into the Mexican market. Emeis had previously owned and operated the Villazul residence complex before divesting the asset to the Pegasus-Kaab joint venture.

Anker Abogados advised Grupo Pegasus and Kaab Capital Management on due diligence matters related to the acquisition, while Mijares, Angoitia, Cortés y Fuentes acted as legal counsel to Emeis in its capacity as seller.
