Pérez-Llorca assists Roca Ventures in investment in B-Collection
Pérez-Llorca has assisted Roca Ventures and its shareholders in the strategic investment and acquisition of management control of B-Collection, a subsidiary of Bluwall Holding of Grupo Dupuis.
This transaction was signed and completed on 18 October, with Creel acting as advisor to Bluwall Holding and CAYPE Abogados acting as advisor to B-Collection.

B-Collection specialises in offering integrated fit-out solutions for the contract market. It offers a ‘one-stop shop’ concept, designing customised furniture at its factory in Lerma, State of Mexico, while maintaining strategic alliances with global suppliers. Its services cover various sectors, including offices, hotels, hospitals, schools and auditoriums, with a focus on combining functional design and quality.
