With over two decades of experience in legal tech and digital transformation, Molina Pérez-Tomé (pictured) will lead the firm’s Legal Tech and Digital Transformation practice, working closely with clients and internal teams to drive technological advancement and implement innovative solutions tailored to modern legal challenges.
In her new role, she will collaborate with Pérez-Llorca’s various legal practices to enhance clients’ digital transformation efforts, combining legal expertise with the implementation of necessary tools and processes. She will also oversee an integrated team of lawyers and engineers dedicated to supporting clients in their technological evolution. Additionally, Molina Pérez-Tomé will contribute to the firm’s internal innovation initiatives by promoting the adoption of artificial intelligence and other cutting-edge technologies.
She holds a degree in law with a specialization in digital law and has held leadership positions in top-tier international law firms and consulting firms. Her career includes pioneering technological transformation projects and designing innovative legal solutions for major corporations. Sara Molina Pérez-Tomé also serves as co-chair of the Innovation and Law section of the Madrid Bar Association and participates on the boards of various associations focused on legal innovation.
