Pérez-Llorca represents Advent and Cemex in procedure before Cofece
Pérez-Llorca México has represented funds managed by Advent International (Advent) and Cemex in the merger notification procedure before the Federal Economic Competition Commission (Cofece) for the sale of Neoris.
The firm obtained Cofece’s authorization of the transaction, and the transaction closed on November 1.
