PetroRecôncavo and Eneva wins bidding process
The Twentieth Civil Chamber of the TJRJ, by unanimous vote, reversed the injunction decision that prevented PETROBRAS from continuing the bidding for the sale of 28 onshore fields of oil and gas exploration, jointly called Bahia Terra Pole.
As of today’s TJRJ ruling, the companies PetroRecôncavo and Eneva – represented in the litigation by lawyers Ricardo Loretti (pictured top left), Marcelo Fontes (pictured top center) and Marcelo Carpenter (pictured top right) from Sergio Bermudes Advogados, as well as lawyers Chico Müssnich (pictured bottom left) and Pedro Costa (pictured bottom right) from BMA Advogados – were considered the winners of the bidding procedure for the purchase of the Bahia Terra Pole from Petrobras, for the amount offered of 1.35 billion dollars.
