Ary Raghiant Neto is appointed new judge of the TJ/MS

Ary Raghiant Neto (pictured), lawyer and former deputy secretary-general of the national OAB, was appointed new judge of the TJ/MS, published in the Official Gazette of Mato Grosso do Sul.

The lawyer, with a 30-year career, was chosen by governor Reinaldo Azambuja (PSDB) from among three nominees from the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) and will occupy the seat vacated by Claudionor Miguel Abss Duarte, who retired in February this year.

Ary Raghiant Neto graduated in law from FUCMAT (now UCDB), in Campo Grande, in 1991. He started working as a lawyer in 1992. He specialized in tax and constitutional law and, in 2001, he was legal advisor to the president of the Court of Auditors.

He was a member of the OAB-MS Internship and Examination Committee, of the Temporary Committee on Political Rights, and also a state counselor of the Bar Association for six years.
He also worked at the 2nd Selection and Prerogatives Chamber, as a professor at the Superior School of the Public Prosecution Service of Mato Grosso do Sul, and as secretary-general of OAB-MS.
