PHR counsels ALS on acquisition of Serambiente
Posse Herrera Ruiz has counselled ALS on the acquisition, through its subsidiaries ALS South American Holdings and Australian Laboratory Services, of 100% of the shares of Serambiente.
This transaction was announced and closed on 1 November for a value of $44,616,000,000 Colombian pesos.
The advisory services involved the negotiation, signing and closing of the share purchase agreement. Brigard Urrutia (BU) acted as advisor to Serambiente.
Serambiente is an environmental monitoring, analysis and consulting laboratory based in Barranquilla, Colombia.
BU’s team included partner Fernando Castillo and lawyers Verónica Umaña and Natalia Castiblanco.
PHR’s team was led by partner Jaime Herrera (pictured), with support from lawyers Christian Díaz, Alejandro Ávila and Nicolás Salazar.
