PHR counsels Colombia TPB on merger with Lavoro
Posse Herrera Ruiz has counselled Colombia de TPB Acquisition Corporation I, in its business combination agreement with the Brazilian company Lavoro, resulting in the latter achieving a listing on the US stock exchange.
This transaction was closed on 15 September where the other legal advisors were TozziniFreire Advogados in Brazil and Cooley LLP in the United States.
Colombia de TPB Acquisition Corporation I is a special purpose company sponsored by The Production Board. Lavoro is a retailer of agricultural inputs in Latin America.
TozziniFreire’s team comprised partners Silvia Castro Cunha Zono and Marcela Ejnisman and lawyers Marina de Almeida Hoff, Barbara Correa de Queiroz, Caue Jorge de Almeida and Mylla Brandao Mattar.
