PHR counsels Grenergy on acquisition of 2 renewable energy projects
Posse Herrera Ruiz has counselled Grenergy on a local basis in the negotiation and signing of the asset purchase and sale agreement with Grupo Solari, whereby it agreed to acquire the assets related to two renewable energy projects.
The projects acquired were “Los Caballeros” and “Medina”, both located in the department of Tolima, Colombia.
This transaction was announced on 18 August, and its closing is subject to the fulfilment of various obligations common to this type of deals.
PHR’s team included partners Álvaro José Rodríguez (pictured left) and Mariana Sánchez (pictured right), together with lawyers Erika Serrano, Pablo Mejía, Christian Díaz, Daniel Delgado, Alejandro Ávila, Carlos García, Sergio Salazar and Santiago Piedrahita.
