Salaverri Burgio & Wetzler Malbrán Abogados has represented Inversora Juramento in the issuance of its Class II Notes for a nominal amount of AR$ 3,000,000,000,000.
Banco Macro acted as arranger of the offering, while Macro Securities, Banco Galicia, Banco Patagonia and Banco Comafi acted as placement agents.
Inversora Juramento is an agricultural and livestock company in northwest Argentina, wholly owned by national capital.
