PHR counsels Torneos y Competencias on Telecinco acquisition

Posse Herrera Ruiz has counselled Torneos y Competencias, an Argentinean audiovisual producer of sports content, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Telecinco.

This transaction, closed on 11 August, is part of the company’s international expansion plan.

PHR’s team was led by partner Jaime Cubillos (pictured), assisted by lawyers Santiago Osorio, Laura Aristizábal, Rafael Guerrero, Pablo Fernández, Jorge de los Ríos and Jorge Lamo.
