Pinheiro Guimarães advise on Da Mata issue

Pinheiro Guimarães and Lobo de Rizzo advised on the issuance and public offering of non-convertible unsecured debentures by Da Mata – Açúcar e Álcool, guaranteed by AGP Negócios e Participações, Brasif Administração e Participações and Alexandre Grendene Bartelle, in the total amount of BRL 299 million, according to the automatic registration procedure.
