Pinheiro Guimarães advises on Amaggi CPR-F offering

Pinheiro Guimarães acted as counsel to both Agropecuária Maggi and lead underwriter Banco Bradesco BBI on the issuance and public distribution of the first series of rural product notes with financial settlement (CPR-Fs), totalling BRL 3,538,360,000. The offering, structured as a single series of book-entry notes, was directed exclusively to professional investors under the automatic registration procedure set out in CVM 160.

The CPR-Fs are secured by a combination of third-party surety (aval), fiduciary assignment of receivables, and fiduciary transfer of real property. Banco Bradesco BBI acted as lead underwriter for the transaction.
