Martinelli Advogados adds two partners in SC
Martinelli Advogados has bolstered its presence in Santa Catarina by welcoming back two partners: Jacob Arnaldo Wobeto Neto and Rubens Morroni de Paiva Filho. The moves reinforce the firm’s tax and corporate practices in the region and reflect a broader strategy of developing leadership aligned with the firm’s long-term vision.
Wobeto, who was previously with the firm from 2018 to 2025, rejoins Martinelli in a role focused on the management and development of the firm’s operations in Santa Catarina. His practice covers tax advisory and corporate structuring across a wide range of industries, as well as transfer pricing, thin capitalization, and the assessment of litigation risks and contingencies.
Paiva Filho returns to lead the Corporate practice in Santa Catarina, bringing expertise in M&A transactions, corporate reorganizations, and succession and estate planning.
Together, the two appointments are part of a wider effort to build an integrated platform combining regional presence, technical expertise, and long-term client relationships in Santa Catarina.
