Pinheiro Neto act as deal counsel on issuance pof GAV2
Pinheiro Neto Advogados acted as deal counsel on the first issuance of commercial notes for public distribution, of GAV2 Empreendimentos e Participações, pursuant to CVM 160.
The net proceeds raised through the Issuance will be used as working capital and/or for reprofiling the Issuer’s financial liabilities.
Pinheiro Neto advised the underwriter Banco Itaú BBA and issuer GAV2 Empreendimentos e Participações and relied on partner Ricardo Simões Russo (pictured), counsel Marcos Saldanha Proença, associates Gustavo Guedes Araújo, Luísa Reis Lopes Correia and intern Phelipe Dias Alves.
