Pinheiro Neto act in Bain Capital’s acquisition of Fogo de Chão

Pinheiro Neto Advogados has advised Bain Capital, which has agreed to buy all the shares issued by Fogo de Chão Hospitality, the parent company of the Fogo de Chão group.

The value of the transaction for the Brazilian steakhouse chain has not been disclosed, but is valued at around USD 1.1 billion.

Pinheiro Neto Advogados relied on partner Carlos Eduardo Gazineu de Azevedo (pictured), senior associate Bruna Pavanello, associate Mariana Magalhões Lobato and legal assistant Adriany A. Van Helden Martins.

Kirkland & Ellis acted as international lawyers for Bain Capital.
