Pinheiro Neto act on negociation between Pátria and Tria Energia
Pinheiro Neto acted as deal counsel on the negociation whereby Pátria Investimentos entered into the energy trading market by establishing Tria Energia in partnership with industry executives.
The new company, focusing on short-term trading and risk management operations, intends to negotiate contracts directly and explore platforms for bilateral and exchange-based trading.
Tria received an initial investment and will negotiate contracts for both conventional and incentivized energy, including renewable sources, reflecting Pátria’s interest in diversifying its operations in the electricity sector.
