Pinheiro Neto act on the issuance of CRA by Agrícola Panorama

Pinheiro Neto Advogados acted as a deal counsel on the issuance of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) in three series of the 379th issuance of Eco Securitizadora de Direitos Creditórios do Agronegócio, backed in Agribusiness Receivables owned by Agrícola Panorama Comércio e Representações.

The transaction value was BRL 75 million.

Pinheiro Neto relied on partner Tiago A. D. Themudo Lessa (pictured); associates Fábio Moretti de Góis, Elena Carvalho Carrasco and legal assistant Lucas Consentino.
