Pinheiro Neto acts as deal counsel on Vert’s CRA issue

Pinheiro Neto Advogados acted as deal counsel on the issuance of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Series of the 82st issue of Vert Companhia Securitizadora, backed by Diversified Agribusiness Credit Rights assigned by Agrogalaxy Participações.

It were issued 150,000 Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Series of the 82th Issuance of VERT Companhia Securitizadora, backed in Diversified Agribusiness receivables assigned, being 112,500 Senior CRA, 15,000 Mezzanine Subordinate CRA and 22,500 Junior Subordinate CRA. The deal is unique since the CRA of 1st series counted with guarantee from the National Economic and Social Development Bank – BNDES.
