Pinheiro Neto advise on GDS Subholding first issue of debentures

Pinheiro Neto Advogados acted as counsel for the issuer on the 1st issuance of simple debentures, not convertible into shares, of the unsecured type, to be converted into the type with real guarantee, with additional fidejussory guarantee, in a single series for public distribution, in accordance with the automatic distribution registration procedure, of GDS Subholding.

The transaction value was BRL 410 billion. BTG Pactual Investment Banking was the lead underwriter.
