Pinheiro Neto advise on issuance of CRA of Eco Securitizadora

Pinheiro Neto Advogados act as deal counsel in the issuance of 50,000 CRA – Agribusiness Receivables Certificates of the 1st and 2nd series of the 156th issuance of Eco Securitizadora de Direitos Creditórios do Agronegócio, backed in diversified Agribusiness Receivables assigned by Ectare Pay Serviços de Gestão de Pagamentos, being 35,000 senior CRA and 15,000 junior subordinate CRA.

The Agribusiness Credit Rights linked to the CRA were originated due to the execution of financing operations for agricultural production activities between Ectare Pay Serviços de Gestão de Pagamentos S.A. and the rural producers or rural people cooperatives.
