Pinheiro Neto advise on issuance of Manaus Ambiental
Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised the underwriter on 4th issuance of unsecured debentures, non convertible into shares, in a single series, for public distribution, with restricted distribution efforts, of Manaus Ambiental, pursuant to CVM 476.
The transaction value was BRL 350 million. Banco Citibank acted as lead underwriter, Oliveira Trust Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários was the trustee.
