Pinheiro Neto advise XP Infra II on the acquisition of Vila Acre I
Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised XP Infra II on the acquisition of 100% of the capital stock of Alameda Acre Participações, sole holding of Usina de Energia Eólica Vila Acre I SPE (“Vila Acre I”).
The Vila Acre I wind farm is located in the city of Serra do Mel, State of Rio Grande do Norte and has 27,300 kilowatts of installed capacity, consisting of 13 generating units of 2,100 kilowatts each. The transaction consists of an investment by XP Infra II in the wind energy generation sector, expanding its presence across the infrastructure sector.
The transaction value was not disclosed.
