Pinheiro Neto advises Imerys on the sale of assets to Flacks Group
Pinheiro Neto advised Imerys on the successful completion of the disposal of its assets serving the paper market (approximately 900 employees in 24 plants in the Americas and Asia, as well as some locations in Europe) to an affiliate of the Flacks Group, for a net asset value close to €150 million.
Completion of the transaction was subject to the fulfillment of customary conditions for this type of deal, including specific regulatory approval in Brazil.
