Pinheiro Neto advises on CRA issuance of Eco Securitizadora
Pinheiro Neto has acted as deal counsel in the issuance of agribusiness receivables certificates (certificados de recebíveis do agronegócio – CRA) of single serie of the 224th issuance of Eco Securitizadora de Direitos Creditórios do Agronegócio, backed by agribusiness receivables owed by Integrada Cooperativa Agroindustrial, pursuant to CVM 160, in the total amount of BRL 300 million.
The CRAs were distributed by Alfa Corretora de Câmbio e Valores Mobiliários in single series, according to the automatic registration procedure provided under CVM Resolution 160.
