Pinheiro Neto advises on issuance of SKM Empreendimentos
Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised on 2nd issuance of commercial notes by SKM Empreendimentos e Participações, unsecured, to be convertible into secured with in rem guarantee, as per CVM ruling 476.
The total amount was R$ 70 million. The resources obtained with the issuance will be used for investments in certain company’s property.
Pinheiro Neto advised lead underwriter Banco Bradesco BBI; and issuer SKM Empreendimentos e Participações and relied on partner Ricardo Simões Russo (pictured), senior associate Camila M.
