Pinheiro Neto advises on Livetech’s 3rd commercial notes issue

Pinheiro Neto Advogados acted as legal advisor in the public offering of BRL 50 million in commercial notes, from the 3rd issue of Livetech da Bahia Indústria e Comércio, carried out in accordance with CVM Resolution 160.

Pinheiro Neto acted as legal advisor to both Banco Bradesco BBI, as lead manager of the transaction, and Livetech da Bahia Indústria e Comércio, as issuer, with partners Fernando dos Santos Zorzo (pictured left), Luiz Felipe Fleury Vaz Guimarães (pictured right), and interns César Inoue Emetério Silva and Rodrigo Montenegro Bezerra.
