Pinheiro Neto advises on Office Total notes

Pinheiro Neto Advogados act as deal counsel on the third issuance of commercial notes by Office Total, a single-series public offering totalling BRL102,000,000 distributed under the automatic registration procedure set out in CVM 160.

The notes, identified by ISIN BROFTSNCM017, were priced and settled on April 27, 2026, with a final maturity date of April 27, 2030. Each note was issued at R$1,000.00, carrying a coupon equivalent to 100% of the DI rate plus a spread of 2.3%. UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários acted as lead underwriter on the transaction.
