Pinheiro Neto advises on the Bird Solutions issuance of notes

Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised both Bird Solution and UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários on the second issuance of commercial notes by Bird Solution, in a single series, for public distribution under the Automatic Registration Procedure pursuant to CVM 160.

The notes, denominated in Brazilian reais, were issued at a face value of R$1,000.00 per unit, totalling R$8 million. The securities carry a coupon of 100% of the DI rate plus a spread of 2.3% per annum and are set to mature on April 27, 2030. The issuance was assigned ISIN code BRBISONCM019. UBS Brasil acted as lead underwriter on the transaction.
