Pinheiro Neto advises on the commercial notes issue by D’Granel

Pinheiro Neto advised the issuer and the underwriters on the 1st issuance of commercial notes, with surety bond, in single series, for public distribution under the automatic registration procedure, as per CVM 160, by D’Granel Transportes e Comércio.

Pinheiro Neto acted as deal counsel advising D’Granel Transportes e Comércio and Banco Bradesco BBI and relied on partner Fernando dos Santos Zorzo; senior associate Luiz Felipe Fleury Vaz Guimarães; associate Luiz Fernando de Araújo Plazza and trainee César Inoue Emetério Silva.
