Pinheiro Neto advises Picsel on investment by Arar Capital
Pinheiro Neto advised Picsel Investimentos, an insurtech focused on agricultural insurance, on its Series A, in which Arar Capital invested BRL 5 million for 25% of the company.
Picsel uses an innovative approach to underwriting and claims regulation, relying on more refined data, predictive models and AI mechanisms to increase accuracy and efficiency. Picsel also controls an insurance company (Agrimutual Seguros) that participates in SUSEP’s Regulatory Sandbox.
Pinheiro Neto relied on partner Carlos Eduardo Gazineu de Azevedo (pictured), associate Mariana Cajano Gomes da Costa and Bruno Fonseca Fanucchi.
