Two firms advise on the acquisition of EDF Renewables by APB
Two firms advised on the acquisition by Air Products Brasil (APB) of equity interests held, directly or indirectly, by EDF Renewables, aiming for the joint implementation of a wind farm complex in Paraíba, with an installed capacity of 242 MW.
With the transaction, Air Products will have a portion of the consumption of the electricity generated under self-production.
