Pinheiro Neto advises Ticketmaster on Bilheteria acquisition

Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised Ticketmaster Brasil on a quota purchase agreement to acquire 100% of Bilheteria Digital Promoção e Entretenimento, a live events ticketing company, from FJF Participações and a group of individual sellers. The transaction is still pending, and its financial terms are confidential.

Under the agreement, Ticketmaster Brasil will take full ownership of the target’s quotas. Both the buyer and the target operate in Brazil’s ticketing and live entertainment sector. FJF Participações, a holding company, is among the sellers.

The Pinheiro Neto team acting for the buyer was led by Partner Gustavo Crêdo, associates Camila Ramenzoni Barone and Giulia Bortoleto de Iudicibus also worked on the matter.
