Pinheiro Neto Advogados act as deal counsel on Iugu’s FIDC

Pinheiro Neto Advogados acted as deal counsel on the transaction encompassed the structuring of a credit rights investment fund (FIDC) aimed at backing the purchase of credit card receivables held by Iugu’s clients in connection with transactions carried out through Iugu’s financial automation platform.
According to Iugu’s CFO, André Luiz Gonçalves, the FIDC promotes an important diversification of capital sources, which will support the Fintech’s growth and meet customer demand.

Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised Iugu Instituição de Pagamento (sponsor and assignor), H2 Kapital (FIDC’s portfolio manager); Banco Bradesco BBI (lead underwriter); BEM Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários (administrator of the FIDC); and Banco Bradesco (FIDC’s custodian).
