Marval represents Cargill in concession contract renegotiation

Marval O’Farrell Mairal has represented Cargill in the negotiation of an addendum to its concession contract with the Consorcio de Gestión del Puerto de Bahía Blanca (CGPBB), through which it obtained an extension of the concession term for 15 years.

For its part, Cargill committed itself to make significant investments inside and outside the scope of the CGPBB in order to improve the operation of the cereal terminal located in the Port of Ingeniero White and to enhance the reception of cargo from the tributary areas of Bahía Blanca.

Cargill is a US company that provides food, agricultural, financial and industrial products and services on a global basis. It began operations in 1865, with headquarters in Minneapolis, USA. It has a presence in 70 countries, including Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Peru, Dominican Republic, Uruguay, Venezuela.
