Gómez-Pinzón counsels on three financings
Colombian law firm Gómez-Pinzón has counselled on the financing to Credivalores by O’connor and Gramercy, another by Sumitomo Mitsui to Isagen, and the one granted by Inter-American Investment Corporation and Blue Like an Orange to Merqueo.
The first financing was granted by O’connor Capital Solutions and Gramercy to Credivalores Crediservicios.
The financing to Isagen by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation was for an amount of $150,000,000 US dollars.
The last consisted of a financing granted by Inter-American Investment Corporation and Blue Like an Orange Sustainable Capital – Latin America Holdings II to Merqueo in the amount of $22,000,000 US dollars. In particular, this transaction was made to support Merqueo’s expansion in Brazil, which expects to have more than 2,000 employees by 2025.
