Salaverri advises CT Barragan on issuance of Negotiable Bonds

Salaverri Burgio Wetzler Malbrán has advised CT Barragán in the issuance of its Class 6 Negotiable Obligations denominated in US dollars at a fixed annual nominal rate of 0%, maturing on May 16, 2025, for a total amount of US$25,000,000, as well as its Class 7 Negotiable Obligations denominated in pesos at a variable rate, maturing on November 16, 2023, for a total amount of $1,753,791,000 Argentine pesos.

The issues were made under its programme for the issuance of simple negotiable obligations (non-convertible into shares) for up to $400,000,000 USD, and have a personal guarantee, subject to suspensive and resolutory conditions granted by YPF SA and Pampa Energía.
