Pinheiro Neto and Cescon Barrieu advise on Elea Digital issuance
Pinheiro Neto advised the issuer and Cescon Barrieu advised the underwriters on the 4th issue of simple debentures, not convertible into shares, of the unsecured type, with an additional fiduciary guarantee, to be converted into a secured type, with an additional fiduciary guarantee, in a single series, for public distribution, by the automatic distribution rite, by Elea Digital Infraestrutura e Redes de Telecomunicações, in accordance with CVM 160.
