Pinheiro Neto and Cescon Barrieu on the Elea Digital issue

Pinheiro Neto advised the issuer; Cescon Barrieu advised the underwriters on the 1st issuance of secured commercial notes, with additional personal guarantee, in a single series, by Elea Digital Infraestrutura e Redes de Telecomunicações, for the acquisition of the property registered under number 228.481 at the Real Estate Registry Office of the City of Barueri, as well as certain assets located on such property.

The transaction was an acquisition financing structured as a capital markets transaction. The proceeds were used by the issuer (which is an SPV of the Piemonte Group) to acquire the property registered under number 228.481 at the Real Estate Registry Office of the City of Barueri, as well as certain assets located on such property.
