Pinheiro Neto and Lobo de Rizzo on issuance by RGE Sul
Pinheiro Neto advised the issuer and Lobo de Rizzo advised the underwriters on the 14th issuance of simple debentures, non convertible into shares, in single series, additional fidejussory guarantee, by RGE Sul Distribuidora de Energia, as per CVM ruling 476.
The resources obtained by the issuer with the debentures will be used for refinancing the issuer’s indebtedness and to reinforce its working capital.
