PPU counsels Territoria on acquisition of Enel building
Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría Chile has counselled Territoria on the acquisition of a corporate building from Enel, located in Santa Rosa Street, Santiago, through which it leased to Enel the property that will relocate its new offices in the MUT Project in Las Condes.
This transaction was closed in February for $85,000,000 USD, where Morales & Besa advised Enel.
Morales & Besa’s team included lawyers Macarena Laso and Bernardita Rotman.
PPU’s team was led by partner José Tagle (pictured), with the participation of Cristóbal Uriarte, Macarena Gaitán and Valentina Bawarshi.
