Pinheiro Neto and Machado Meyer act in issuance of CCR Autoban

Pinheiro Neto advised the issuer and Machado Meyer advised the underwriters on the the 14th issuance of debentures by Concessionária do Sistema Anhanguera-Bandeirantes (CCR Autoban), as per CVM Resolution 160, in the total amount of BRL 2,65 billion.

Pinheiro Neto advised CCR Autoban and relied on partner José Carlos Junqueira S. Meirelles (pictured left), counsel Marcos Saldanha Proença, associate Gustavo Guedes Araújo, Luísa Reis Lopes Correira.

Machado Meyer Advogados advised the underwriters Banco Itaú BBA, Banco Bradesco BBI, Banco Santander (Brasil) and UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários and relied on partner Paulo Markossian Nunes (pictured right) and lawyer Bruno Henrique Navas De Carvalho.
