Pinheiro Neto and Machado Meyer in deal between Bradesco and Votorantim
Pinheiro Neto advised Banco Bradesco, through its subsidiary Kartra Participações, that entered into a share purchase agreement and other covenants with Banco Votorantim for the acquisition of equity interest representing 51% of the total and voting capital stock of BV Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários.
Machado Meyer advised the sellers. The transaction was subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions precedent until the closing date.
